# Fellowhumans Organization Structure

We've discussed several ideas for how to structure the organization. We are leaning towards a non-profit entity that can serve as support and an umbrella for the various for-profit projects and activities (like [Foundation](../foundation/foundation.project.md) and the [PathMX](../pathmx/pathmx.project.md) projects).
